- Proven experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist with solid software engineering skills.
- Expert in Python and its data science/ML stack (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy).
- Hands-on with LLMs and RAG pipelines; familiar with vector databases.
- Skilled in classical ML, especially gradient boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM).
- Experienced in building and deploying production APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Proficient in working with Elasticsearch, data lakes, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, translating business needs into technical solutions.
