- Build, maintain, and optimize data integration workflows/pipelines connecting CRM, ERP, and related systems (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite).
- Develop real-time and batch integrations via APIs, middleware (e.g., Boomi), and custom scripts.
- Monitor production integrations with logging, alerts, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, consistent data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, data mappings, and business rules.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and operations.
- Support analytics/reporting needs by partnering with data engineering and architecture teams.
- Stay updated on integration best practices and emerging technologies.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years in data integration, data engineering, or systems integration.
- Hands-on Salesforce & NetSuite integration; strong API knowledge (SOQL, SuiteQL).
- Experience with accounting, subscription, order, and asset lifecycle workflows.
- Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, pagination, batch processing.
- Experience with Boomi AtomSphere or similar middleware platforms.
- Strong SQL, scripting, and data transformation/mapping skills.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem-solving, debugging, and proactive mindset.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy.
- Excellent communication and fluent English.
