- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (5 years).
- Solid experience in modern frontend development using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Experience with background job processing (e.g., Sidekiq).
- Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (e.g., Heroku).
- Have used AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
