- Define product vision, roadmap, and development goals.
- Gather, analyze requirements, and manage the Product Backlog based on priority.
- Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; collaborate closely with Dev, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Participate in Agile activities: planning, grooming, review, and retrospective.
- Ensure feature quality, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and propose product improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers to align on scope, priorities, and timelines.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in tech/software development.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, profitability, and growth models.
- Familiarity with ITO/outsourcing and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain is a plus).
- Ability to analyze market trends and define competitive product positioning.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects.
