YÊU CẦU
- 3–4 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of OS (Linux/Windows), networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk).
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English communication
