- Design and maintain RDF semantic models, ontology modules, namespaces, named graphs, versioning, and tenant isolation.
- Build and manage knowledge graphs as rebuildable projections of operational data, including data mapping, incremental updates, full rebuilds, SHACL validation, provenance, and SPARQL optimization.
- Develop Python/FastAPI services for structured document extraction using constrained schemas, source locations, model versions, and confidence scores.
- Implement entity resolution and hybrid matching pipelines combining eligibility checks, keyword search, taxonomy expansion, vector retrieval, graph traversal, and evidence-based ranking.
- Establish evaluation and responsible AI frameworks covering extraction accuracy, retrieval quality, ranking, latency, cost, human review, model versioning, fallback, and rollback.

YÊU CẦU

- 6+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Semantic Data Engineering, with proven delivery of production AI services.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building production services using FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Solid experience with RDF, SPARQL, ontology design, knowledge graph schemas, SHACL validation, provenance, and taxonomy modelling.
- Practical expertise in information extraction, entity resolution, embeddings, semantic retrieval, reranking, vector search, and hybrid search.
- Experience with GraphDB, Stardog, Apache Jena, Amazon Neptune, or equivalent platforms; understanding of AI evaluation, data privacy, model security, prompt injection risks, and responsible AI practices.
