- Develop and automate AI Agent workflows for data retrieval and renewal trade, including automating email generation and sending.
- Build and maintain multi-step AI Agent workflows using Python, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate AI Agents with HubSpot, Gmail API, SendGrid/AWS SES and other third-party APIs.
- Build email automation and outbound sequences, including scheduling, follow-ups, reply detection, and thread tracking.
- Work directly on production systems, executing existing technical plans for rewrites and migrations.
- Provide technical feedback and recommendations to improve system architecture and AI output quality.

- Senior-level engineer with strong hands-on production experience and the ability to contribute immediately.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong Python backend experience, especially building AI Agents with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Experience with open-source LLM APIs, prompt engineering, classification, and generative AI use cases.
- Strong third-party API integration experience; HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Gmail API, SendGrid, AWS SES and email automation.
- Strong PostgreSQL & SQL skills, including schema redesign and query optimization.
- Experience with production system rewrites/migrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge, provide feedback, and recommend improvements rather than simply following requirements.
