- Collaborate closely with the PM, QA Lead, and Development team to understand business requirements, testing objectives, and project scope.
- Design, develop, and execute both Manual and Automation test cases for Web applications and REST APIs.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation test scripts/frameworks using Java/Groovy, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Perform REST API testing, validate data through SQL/NoSQL databases, and ensure overall system quality.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and track defects by working with developers to identify root causes and manage issues in Jira.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective) and communicate directly with US-based clients in English.

YÊU CẦU
-
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing or Software Development, including 1.5–2 years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
- Strong experience in Automation Testing with Java/Groovy using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Hands-on experience with REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or Bruno) and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, Test Design techniques, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work directly with US-based clients.
- Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO), AWS/Cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or testing multi-tenant, message-driven systems, or rule engines (Drools).
