- Test Planning & Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios mapped directly to the business logic and system requirements defined by the System Analyst (LLL).
- Execution of Tests: Perform manual and automated testing across multiple environments, covering functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: Test usability and UI compliance on various web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android devices).
- Performance & Load Testing: Execute performance and stress tests to ensure the platform handles high volumes of concurrent users (job seekers and employers) and large database queries.
- Bug Tracking & Reporting: Log, track, and prioritize system defects using Jira or similar project management tools, collaborating closely with developers (LLL) for quick resolution.
- CI/CD Integration: Work with DevOps (LLL) to integrate automated testing suites into the deployment pipeline.

YÊU CẦU
-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
- Hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium).
- Experience with API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
- Familiar with Jira/Redmine, Git, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an end-user mindset.
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken), with the ability to write test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
