- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and clients to clarify requirements and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- Manage project scope, conduct workshops, support UAT sessions, and ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma while supporting system integration and business process improvements.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, with strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, and writing clear User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Hybrid Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of handling scope discussions, client negotiations, and producing client-facing documentation independently.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Figma, UAT coordination, and fintech/banking-related systems, including API integrations and regulatory/compliance workflows.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
