YÊU CẦU

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, with strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical documentation (UML, BPMN, User Stories, Data Mapping).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overlapping hours for global stakeholder collaboration.
