- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics and consulting or pharma industry.
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge in Data Science or Data Analytics teams/projects
- Experience working with large teams in a client and project management setting
- Possess strong storytelling and communications skills through Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, or equivalent
- Google cloud and native analytics tools knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in building data products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or any analytical tools necessary to work with large amounts of data.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Technical skills preferred
- Google cloud tools – Bigquery, Dataform, Looker, Looker Studio, Vertex AI
- Azure – Power BI, Programming languages – SQL, Python
