- Work with business stakeholders to understand ESG reporting requirements and KPIs
- Clean, transform, and model data from CSV and other sources to prepare it for reporting
- Design and build Power BI dashboards that are insightful, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices in data visualization
- Collaborate with data engineers to define data pipelines and schemas
- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability
- Willing to work onsite in Cau Giay, Hanoi when required

YÊU CẦU

- 3+ years of experience in BI/DA (or similar tools like Tableau)
- Solid experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data cleansing
- Knowledge of ESG metrics, standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) or prior ESG project experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles in data visualization
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Fluent in English (or willing to work with English-speaking stakeholders)
