YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in the Life Insurance domain (mandatory).
- Experience working in client-facing, consulting, or multi-market environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analytics teams and managing analytics delivery.
- Strong experience in: Data modeling, schema design, and data cleansing; Identifying and defining meaningful insurance KPIs
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and segmentation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets and scalable analytics solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into measurable business impact.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, especially using PowerPoint, Word, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory: SQL (advanced querying, performance optimization), Data visualization tools: Power BI or Tableau
