- Lead data & model governance for AI/ML/LLM in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
- Govern end-to-end model lifecycle: validation, approval, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Define controls for data quality, lineage, access, and auditability.
- Oversee model risk management: performance, bias, drift, and compliance.
- Work closely with Data, ML, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
- Six months of on-site work in Singapore, followed by full remote work, with expenses covered during the on-site period.

YÊU CẦU
-
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience leading data and/or model governance in regulated industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
+ Microsoft Azure, Databricks
+ Unity Catalog
+ MLflow / Model Registry
+ Collibra / Purview (or equivalent)
+ Enterprise IAM (RBAC, access control)
- Solid understanding of ML/LLM lifecycle, model risk, and compliance.
