- Ensure compatibility of data and SQL processes between DB2 and Postgres.
- Identify technical requirements and guide the technical team on how to perform the database migration.
- Support performance optimization for the new Postgres database.
- Develop tools and methodologies to automate the migration process, including rewriting SQL statements to fit Postgres.
