- Gather and analyze business requirements related to PE operations, fund accounting, cash flow, LP reporting, and investment metrics.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Support UAT, process mapping, and system/process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Investment, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of experience in Private Equity, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, or Financial Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of:
+ PE lifecycle and fund structures
+ IRR, TVPI, DPI
+ IFRS/GAAP and financial modelling concepts
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- English fluent.
