- Design and build full-stack AI features across Django/Wagtail CMS, FastAPI backend, and cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph, integrated with Google Agent Platform (Vertex AI).
- Design and implement RAG architectures, tool calling, and MCP integrations with frontier LLMs (Gemini, Claude, GPT).
- Manage databases and infrastructure across PostgreSQL, BigQuery, GCP Cloud Run, and Hetzner.
- Own features end-to-end — from architecture and prompt/AI evaluation design through to production deployment.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 8+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience, with strong hands-on Python, Django, and Wagtail CMS skills.
- Proficient in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and proven production experience with FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI agents/multi-agent systems.
- Solid experience with GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI/Google Agent Platform), PostgreSQL, and Hetzner infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, tool calling, MCP integrations, and prompt engineering/AI evaluation.
- Comfortable working with Git/GitHub-based workflows in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience building AI-native products end-to-end, not just AI prototypes or PoCs.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
