- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot or similar).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) or on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with global teams (PMs, QA, Frontend) using English in daily communication.
- Propose and implement technical improvements across backend and DevOps workflows.
- Vietnam Hours (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM): 2 personnel
- UK Hours (3–4 PM to 11–12 PM): 2 personnel

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
