- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and testing practices.
- Proficiency in modern development technologies, including backend, web, and mobile platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new languages and frameworks.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration in an international environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, agentic development workflows, and leveraging AI to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Experience with real-time platforms, LLM technologies, workflow automation, or distributed teams is a strong advantage.
