- Develop, test, and maintain clean, reusable, high-quality software/web applications.
- Collaborate with PMs, BAs, Designers, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
- Maintain existing applications, handle enhancements, and resolve bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and support team members’ technical growth.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Stay updated with new technologies and propose relevant improvements.

YÊU CẦU
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of Software Development experience.
- Experience with PHP/Laravel, .NET/C#, or Node.js; knowledge of Angular/Vue.js is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, SQL/NoSQL, REST API, Microservices and system design.
- Experience with AWS/GCP is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git is a plus.
- Experience with software release & deployment.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
- English Fluency.
