- Design, develop and maintain consumer-facing B2C web applications using React.js / Next.js and Node.js.
- Build scalable frontend and backend services, including REST APIs / GraphQL and third-party integrations.
- Develop features related to camera, geolocation, maps, gamification and AI/ML.
- Work with Product, Design, QA and other engineers to turn requirements into reliable production features.
- Design reusable and configurable solutions that can support multiple locations, campaigns and business rules.
- Participate in technical design, code review, performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
- Take ownership of features throughout the lifecycle: POC → MVP → Production → Scale-up.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong experience in React.js / Next.js, TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with REST API / GraphQL, PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB and AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first B2C web applications and integrating authentication, third-party services.
- Experience with Geolocation / GPS, Google Maps / Mapbox or location-based features is a plus.
- Experience with camera integration, Computer Vision, AI/ML, OpenCV, WebGL / Three.js is highly desirable.
- Experience with gamification, rewards, leaderboard, loyalty or other high-engagement consumer products is a plus.
- Experience designing scalable, configurable and multi-location / multi-tenant platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance, security, scalability and system architecture.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills, able to work effectively with international teams.
