YÊU CẦU

- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar).
- Solid experience building backend services using Python FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work directly with international clients and distributed teams.
