- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clarifying business needs.
- Create BRD/PRD documents, clearly defining user flows and system logic for the technical team.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in UAT to ensure the product meets business requirements and objectives.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years in Golang, building backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Strong in event-driven design, concurrency, and understanding of idempotent & resilient systems.
- Hands-on experience with production systems, debugging under real load; proficient in Git, Docker, CI/CD.
- Solid system design mindset, strong ownership; plus for Kafka/NATS, AI tools, and good communication skills.
