- Set up users, aliases, and domain configurations on Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Execute email migration (Gmail / Exchange) and file migration (Drive / OneDrive / SharePoint)
- Perform data mapping, mailbox setup, and validation
- Support cutover and handle migration issues/troubleshooting
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide migration reports

YÊU CẦU

- Hands-on experience in Google Workspace or M365 migration projects
- Strong experience with email & file migration, data mapping, batch migration
- Familiar with migration tools (BitTitan MigrationWiz, CloudM)
- Solid understanding of DNS, MX records, user/domain management
- Good troubleshooting and end-user support skills
- Nice to have:
+ PowerShell (Exchange Online), bulk operations (CSV)
+ Cross-platform migration experience
