YÊU CẦU

- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Strong expertise in D365 customization, plugins, workflows, extensions, solution deployment.
- Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migration is highly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps automation for CI/CD.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to lead conversations confidently.
- Strong mentoring capability and ability to guide engineers.
- Good problem-solving skills and experience in enterprise-scale environments.
