- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Own features end-to-end, from design to production deployment
- Develop integrations with external platforms and APIs
- Work with cloud-native infrastructure and scalable architectures
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend and backend teams
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Use AI tools effectively to improve development speed and quality
- Working model: Hybrid – 3 days/week at the office on Dao Duy Anh Street, Hanoi.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8; experienced in REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with distributed systems, system design, and backend architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Docker/containers, and queue/async processing systems (SQS or similar).
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Strong database knowledge: SQL optimization, execution plans, indexing, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Good understanding of .NET memory management and Garbage Collection (GC).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; strong English communication skills.
