MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

    - Implement, configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, SCM, HCM or related modules).
    - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional solutions.
    - Lead business and functional workshops with stakeholders and users (in Mandarin and/or English as required).
    - Configure system setups, business processes, workflows and approval rules.
    - Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, data migration and reporting.
    - Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents and user guides.
    - Support system testing (SIT, UAT), deployment and post go-live activities.
    - Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing system support.
    - Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and meet business objectives.
    - Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, especially for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

YÊU CẦU

    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
    - 4 - 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Consultant.
    - Hands-on experience with at least one Oracle Fusion module (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.).
    - Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture.
    - Experience in system configuration, functional setup and user training.
    - Knowledge of system integrations, reporting and data migration is a plus.
    - Fluent Mandarin (Chinese) communication skills (spoken and written).
    - Good English communication skills in an international working environment.
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
