- 5+ years of experience in Power Automate development and business process automation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience in designing and implementing approval workflows with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integrations.
- Understanding of cloud-based automation, APIs, and connectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for UI-based automation.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, and AI Builder.
- Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
