- Lead test teams in setting up test environments and executing functional testing activities for consumer electronic products.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, determine root causes, and prepare comprehensive quality reports.
- Debug and resolve hardware, software, RF, camera, display, and sensor-related issues to ensure product quality targets are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders regarding quality matters.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and support product validation, manufacturing builds, and release activities.

YÊU CẦU
-
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in functional testing of Consumer Electronics products, with hands-on experience in EE, Sensor, Display, RF, or Camera testing.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- At least 2 years of experience leading testing activities, validation projects, or product release programs in an OEM environment.
- Fluent English communication skills; experience with customer quality metrics is required, while Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
