YÊU CẦU
- At least 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
- Experience working as Technical leader or team lead is a plus.
- An outstanding ability to problem solve and action assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
- Demonstrated participation in a development team environment.
- Any relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications would be highly desirable.
Skills
- Ruby on Rails, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Utilise secure coding techniques.
- Knowledge of Solid, clean code, be able to cross review code.
- Priority: Knowledge or experience working with Domain Driven Development.
- Able to work with the global team in English (can use translation tool to communicate when chatting, good English communication).
- Ability and willingness to assist other members of the team.
- Provide Senior level feedback on pull requests to help other team members improve.
