YÊU CẦU

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Rust in production environments.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, memory management, and concurrency in Rust.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work full-time in Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with WebAssembly, Blockchain, or Smart Contract development.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
