- Own the architecture and technical direction of the Salesforce instance.
- Lead Salesforce platform setup, configuration, and customization.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL queries as needed.
- Enforce best practices across development, security, data modeling, and deployment.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and existing internal systems.
- Advise on Salesforce roadmap, feature adoption, and platform optimization.
- Provide technical oversight on any Salesforce related initiatives, including data migration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and third party app integrations.
- Document architecture decisions, data models, and integration patterns.

YÊU CẦU

- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
- Proven track record of launching and managing Salesforce environments end to end.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Strong development skills: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with CI/CD for Salesforce (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
