- Develop and optimize web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript with a strong focus on growth and SEO.
- Build UI components and optimize performance and user experience, targeting Lighthouse scores of 90+.
- Integrate CMS, analytics, measurement tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to execute growth experiments.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from development through production, in a startup environment.
- Candidates who are able to work onsite in Tôn Thất Thuyết, Hanoi will be given priority.

YÊU CẦU

- 4–6 years of experience in software development, including 1–2 years in marketing or growth engineering
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (bonus: Micro Frontends)
- Styling experience with SCSS (bonus: TailwindCSS, Chakra UI)
- Experience with unit testing using Jest
- Proven skills in SEO and frontend performance optimization (Lighthouse score 90+)
- Experience integrating headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi)
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, A/B testing, and growth stacks
- Proven track record of shipping SEO-friendly, data-driven web applications
- Comfortable in startup-like environments: hands-on, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven
- Bonus: experience with Zapier or no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Excellent English skills.
