- Establish and manage Test Governance / Testing Framework across projects or the organization.
- Define and implement a Risk-Based Testing approach.
- Manage testing activities using Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Coordinate SIT & UAT with Business Users and Third-Party Vendors.
- Define testing approaches for Data Migration and System Integration.
- Coach QA teams and hand over testing frameworks/processes for team ownership.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective test planning, execution, and quality assurance.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing, preferably at Senior QA / QA Lead / Test Manager level.
- Experience in Test Governance, Testing Framework, and Risk-Based Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Experience coordinating SIT/UAT with Business Users & Third-Party Vendors, including Data Migration & System Integration.
- Strong English, stakeholder management, team coaching skills; ISTQB Advanced Test Manager is a plus.
