- Lead a cross-functional agile team at the site of an end customer in the banking and insurance sector.
- The team consists of 12 people, located in both Sweden and India. The assignment is primarily carried out at the customer's site, requiring a presence three days a week.
- Work in a dynamic environment alongside colleagues and the customer, with a focus on improving and streamlining the bank’s payment solutions.

- Required Competencies Solid experience as a Scrum Master and a desire to continue developing in this role.
- Experience with SAFe, preferably in complex environments and ideally with banking experience.
- The client does not want "overqualified" candidates who have moved on to work as RTE/Agile Coaches for a long time after being a Scrum Master.
- The client does not want project managers.
- Focus on working with and developing this team, e.g., improving communication and collaboration.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
