YÊU CẦU

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with strong expertise across the platform ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, Platform Engineering principles, and modern software development methodologies.
- Proven experience developing and deploying solutions using ServiceNow IDE/SDK and VS Code-based development environments.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub integration, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and build agent configuration.
- Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist, AI Agents, and related AI-powered platform capabilities is highly preferred.
