- Consolidate test results, prepare testing reports, and communicate quality status and risks to stakeholders.
- Define the roadmap for test automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, and Claude while collaborating with the Cloud team for implementation.

YÊU CẦU

- At least 7 years of experience in software testing, including experience leading testing activities or QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of test strategy, test planning, defect management, and test reporting across the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
