YÊU CẦU
-
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong expertise in Python, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks ML, MLflow, and MLOps.
- Proven experience training, fine-tuning, deploying, and operating machine learning models and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) through production MLOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in feature engineering, distributed training, model deployment, and working with controlled, audited data access in enterprise environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Microsoft DP-100 certification is preferred (Databricks Machine Learning Professional or AI-102 is a plus).
