YÊU CẦU
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence,or similar role, preferably in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven products or initiatives
- Deep understanding of Life Insurance business processes in Asia, including lead generation, agency & Banca, underwriting, policy administration, claims management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management practices
