- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, PM, stakeholders) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate actively in Scrum Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Working Time: Following Japan time zone (7:00 – 16:00)

- English and Japanese fluently (must have)
- 5+ years as BA
- Strong in Scrum Agile Working Process (must have)
- Strong documentation and communication skills. (must have)
- Have BA certification (nice to have)
- Experience in healthcare sector, Data project (nice to have)
