- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability of business-critical data.
- Manage and maintain data catalogs, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
- Monitor and improve data quality, identify root causes of data issues, and drive remediation activities.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.

YÊU CẦU

- 4–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or MDM-related roles.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts and practices.
- Experience with Pimcore and Collibra solutions preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
