- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or hybrid Product/Project role in software development.
- Strong background in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services with knowledge of complex systems, compliance, and security standards.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, product roadmapping, and project planning tools.
- Professional English communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills; experience working with European clients is a plus.
