YÊU CẦU
-
- 4+ years of experience in BI reporting and analytics with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric Semantic Models, SSRS, and Paginated Reports.
- Proven experience delivering SSRS-to-Power BI migration projects, including report rationalization and consolidation at scale (50+ reports).
- Strong understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS), data modeling, report optimization, and enterprise reporting best practices.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Microsoft PL-300 certification is preferred (DP-600 is a plus).
