YÊU CẦU

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, database engineering, or data architecture.
- Strong expertise in Azure data services, especially Azure PostgreSQL, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB.
- Deep understanding of database architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data platform initiatives.
- Strong scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
