- Implement high-performance in-memory pipelines in R to process large-scale clinical datasets efficiently.
- Remote Database Integration
- Develop robust interfaces for persisting transformed data to remote databases using RESTful APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in R (Shiny, ggplot2) and collaborate with BI teams on Power BI and Spotfire integration.
