- Design, build, test, and maintain robust analytics pipelines and data models using SQL and dbt in a cloud-based data warehouse environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Data & Analytics to improve and enrich existing data models, enabling analysts and data scientists to deliver greater business impact.
- Own and evolve the architecture of the dbt analytics project — managing technical debt, driving engineering best practices, and contributing to CI/CD and git workflows.
- Contribute proactively to data observability, testing frameworks, and functional documentation to ensure pipeline reliability and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor more junior team members and participate in agile delivery cycles, breaking projects into short iterations (≤3 weeks) with clear stakeholder communication.

YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of experience in Data or Analytics Engineering, with excellent hands-on SQL skills and solid data modelling expertise.
- Proven experience with dbt (or a similar SQL-based data modelling tool) and modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
- Strong engineering practices: testing, clean code, peer code review, CI/CD pipelines, and git workflows.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tooling such as Fivetran, Amplitude, Metabase, or Looker Studio.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — this is non-negotiable for this role.
- Bonus: Prior experience in an agile start-up environment and hands-on data analysis or data science capabilities.
