- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective system solutions.
- Create and maintain BA artifacts such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Data Models.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities, requirement clarification, and solution validation to ensure business objectives are met.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives and contribute to delivering scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions.

YÊU CẦU

- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution design.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of System Design and Object-Oriented concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Business Modeling, Data Modeling, Business Process Design, and Process Reengineering.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills are required; knowledge of AI, Low-Code, or No-Code platforms is a plus.
