YÊU CẦU
-
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and/or ML Engineering within production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, dbt, cloud data warehouses, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
- Experience building modular, reusable, and scalable data/ML pipelines with MLOps and model monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims data, regulatory compliance, and risk adjustment methodologies is highly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment.
